The problem
The soil conditions in the Aley region presented a significant challenge, requiring careful assessment and appropriate engineering solutions to ensure the villa's stability, safety and long-term performance.
What we did
We made a suitable solution to carry out a geotechnical soil investigation before finalising the foundation design. The investigation identified the soil profile, bearing capacity, groundwater conditions and settlement risk.
